Kashagawigamog 5 Lake Chain

Kashagawigamog Lake is the largest in a long chain of interconnected lakes. Starting in Haliburton with Head Lake, this 5 lake chain then includes Soyers, Kashagawigmog, Canning, and Grass Lakes. This lake chain almost spans the complete distance from Haliburton to Minden making Kashagawigamog cottages some of the most desired pieces of real estate in the Haliburton area.

Kashagawigamog is one of the larger lakes in the County, with miles and miles of shorelines filled with gorgeous cottages and vacation homes.  The lake is also home to The Bonnie View Inn, and Kates Burger Counter as well as Harper Powersports and Marina.

It is the beautiful views, close proximity to amenities & activities, and location in the lake chain that makes Kashagawigamog Lake so attractive as a cottage destination.

The other lakes on the chain are smaller but just as beautiful with lots of fishing options in a quieter more secluded setting. Soyers Lake is famous for its smallmouth and largemouth bass, walleye, and natural lake trout. With easy access to the marina on Kashagawigamog, beautiful views, rocky cliffs, shallow shorelines and quick access to both Haliburton and Minden, it truly has everything cottage country has to offer.

Head and Grass Lakes sit right in the town of Haliburton leaving property owners right around the corner from main street Haliburton as well as Haliburton RPM marina.

Canning Lake is a smaller more secluded lake that connects directly to Kashagawigamog fron the south. Complete with great waterfront and stunning lake views it is also a great destination for cottagers.
