Well, the days may be going by quickly, but the data is in, and the new year is off to a slow start on the Real estate front
With only 9 sales there isn’t much data to look at but with 21 new listings inventory is starting to pick up! % of asking price is holding around 100% and average time on market is sitting around a month…not too bad for a Haliburton winter
Given the lack of sales it’s no surprise that the average sale price for both waterfront and residential properties has taken a considerable dive, those numbers will likely increase as we come into summer and a wider range of properties come on the market.
Buyer’s don’t wait! The really good properties are still moving very quickly…especially well priced residential homes in Haliburton if you see something you like book a showing right away!
Pre COVID trends seem to be retuning, hopefully pointing to a significant pick up in the spring and a busy summer!
